ReadSoft, a provider of software services for document automation, has signed a $368,000 SAP-related deal with a US-based manufacturing company.
The US-based manufacturing company has turned to ReadSoft to increase its invoice handling efficiency.
According to ReadSoft, the new client sought out ways to realize savings in its back-office operations. The US-based company identified many areas for improvement in its invoice handling process, where manual approval and allocation was demanding a lot of time and resources.
With ReadSoft’s software, the organization is expected to benefit from a tight integration with its existing SAP system. ReadSoft’s software automatically extracts information from the incoming invoices and matches the invoice information against data in the SAP system. This way, errors and exceptions can be detected immediately. The invoices are then sent for approval in an electronic workflow.
