RadiumOne launches Connect, a push notifications software

This aims to help brands to reach customers on the go.

RadiumOne has announced RadiumOne Connect, a customer relationship management (CRM) software that is free of charge to brands and allows them to send highly personalised, hyper-targeted mobile push notifications.

RadiumOne Connect gathers data insights to build strong customer relationships and optimise future intelligent push and online display campaigns on mobile, desktop and Facebook.

According to a recent study by Forrester, as the time spent on apps continues to grow, push notifications are a core distribution channel for marketers as these alerts help increase traffic, improve app use and drive conversions. RadiumOne Connect optimises mobile marketing campaigns through push notifications and comprehensive analytics making it possible for marketers to engage consumers in real-time on mobile channels throughout the sales cycle.

RadiumOne Connect aims help optimise campaigns to meet unique marketing objectives. This self-service enterprise software gives marketers direct access to their customers allowing brands to control the frequency, timing and content of their push notification messages. It activates a brands first party in-app customer data, linking it with location-based data, to deliver hyper-targeted messages based on location, age, gender and mobile platform.

RadiumOne Connect includes a built-in analytics dashboard that provides brands with a more complete picture of their customers through valuable data insights. The dashboard tracks the success of each push notification message in real-time including who receives each push notification message, reads it, clicks it or purchases something.
