Quadrons unveils new version of DataPro

Identify, extract, and cleanse bad data and multi-currency capabilities

By CBR Staff Writer

Quadron Data Solutions, a provider of technology offering for financial professionals, has unveiled the new version of its data management offering, DataPro 7.0 that combines all of a broker/dealer’s information into one central warehouse to support the firm’s front-, middle-, and back-office data needs.

The Version 7.0 offers improved core functions plus new support for multi-currency applications and support for order data to meet upcoming Dodd-Frank requirements.

DataPro Version 7.0 is offered as a outsourced, Software-as-a-Service platform and includes multi-currency capabilities that allow broker/dealers to capture trade activity executed in foreign markets in their books and records systems and aggregate foreign and domestic trade and account activity.

DataPro’s expanded order information enables broker/dealers to capture all data elements needed to provide complex reporting of live-order data.

A full audit trail of live orders is provided by feeding order management and back-office system data into the expanded orders module.

Quadron Data Solutions executive vice president of technology Chris Cross said the new features improve DataPro personnel’s ability to rapidly identify bad data, extract it from the system, cleanse it and load it back into the warehouse.
