Prolifics, a systems integrator specialising in IBM technologies, has acquired Watson SCS, an IBM business partner and information security provider delivering identity and access assurance business offerings.
The acquisition is expected to expand Prolifics’ Security Practice and the combined team will offer an array of security and monitoring offerings to customers. Both companies are AAA accredited in Tivoli Security Deployments.
By joining forces, Prolifics will extend its market reach with a wider breadth of capabilities and offerings to help customers secure access to information, data and applications, as well as define and enhance security business processes.
