Apple has made the second beta of iOS 9.2 available to developers who have signed up for the company’s software beta testing programme.
With the new beta, Apple has made improvements to Safari View Controller, allowing users to deliver interactive web content into apps.
The first public beta of iOS9.2 was released on 21 October.
Bugs related to iCloud Keychain and Apple Watch have been fixed with the latest release.
The company has also introduced support for AT&T’s NumberSync technology into iOS 9.2 beta 2, enabling users to make Wi-Fi calling through their devices without the need to be on the same network.
Presently Apple‘s ‘Continuity feature’ allows users to make phone calls only if their iOS devices are connected to the same Wi-Fi network.
The software upgrade will allow users to enable Wi-Fi calling on all of those devices and make and receive calls without the need to be on the same network, or in the same area.
Developers willing to take part in the beta testing programme can sign into Apple’s beta testing website which will provide them access to iOS and OS X betas.
