Oracle hasupdated its Human Capital Management (HCM) and Talent Management Cloud services to help businesses deliver better employee experience.
The updates, which are available in the Oracle Cloud, are said to deliver insights into big data and improve user productivity.
According to the company, the Oracle HCM Cloud services will allow users to handle HR operations, from recruiting and managing talent, while focusing on business strategies through cloud-based applications.
Oracle’s HCM VP Gretchen Alarcon said that the applications would help businesses gain a competitive edge.
"By managing global human capital in the cloud with user-friendly solutions, our customers can discover and develop the best talent," Alarcon said.
The software also allows users to develop comprehensive assessments, extend performance management and enhance the global workforce and support.
The Talent Management Cloud’s new version includes new functionalities that should enhance talent discovery, speed candidate feedback, streamline hiring and strengthen compliance.

Additionally, Oracle has also introduced a new release of Oracle Tap for Oracle HCM Cloud, which offer a new iPhone App, the ability to manage approvals on the go and new configurable dashboard feature that allows personalisation of the application.
