NTT Communications has launched Universal One, a new cloud-optimised network service for enterprises, where user can get comprehensive cloud services linked directly to their private networks.

According to the company, it expects Universal One to satisfy concern of continuous access to the cloud by enabling enterprises to deploy cloud-based networks with the added assurance of redundant access lines.

The company claims Universal One will offer flexibility in terms of location, operations, layers and even the type of cloud they use.

The new Universal One features include rapid network deployment, where it provides with comprehensive services, four plans offering different levels of quality and cost, three step process for selecting appropriate plan, bandwith and options.

The products reliability features include high-function Universal One terminal that enables end-to-end management for network reliability and business continuity, and all service plans include a backup access line to assure network availability.

The Universal One in addition to seamless interconnection of layer 2 and layer 3 networks, connection to NTT Com’s BizCITY cloud services is provided at no extra charge; and One-stop management

The product unifies domestic and foreign networks operating on different specifications; enables universal management and billing; creates seamless global networks that support multinational business operations.
