Ntirety has launched a new entry-level database service plan NsureDB, which it claims to offer crash alerts and troubleshooting to get businesses and databases back up and running, along with continuous backup monitoring and reporting services.

The company said that the new offering is available to customers running Oracle, MySQL and Microsoft SQL Server databases. The service includes installation of the Ntrust database appliance or the provisioning of a cloud-compatible, virtual version of Ntrust, available only from Ntirety.

According to Ntirety, the new offering includes an initial audit of database and application health and performance; recommendations for further optimising the database environment with the skills of Ntirety’s experts; constant monitoring and instant alerts of down databases; rapid response 24x7x365 by Ntirety’s DBAs to quickly fix down databases and automated daily, weekly and monthly reporting services.

Michael Corey, CEO and founder of Ntirety, said: “NsureDB is a basic assurance plan that gives customers peace of mind knowing that Ntirety’s experts are always on-call to repair a down database. We’ve designed NsureDB with cost-conscious companies in mind. NsureDB is an entry-level service ideal for any organisation and is completely scalable, so a company’s database management can grow with its database.”
