Symantec company Norton has released a new membership application, Norton One which provides cloud-based management for protection across PCs, Macs, Android-based phones and tablets.

Norton One membership provides protection across multiple devices, backed with a personalised experience and dedicated Norton One Advisors to guide consumers every step of the way.

The new membership offering will address the individual security needs, allowing for customised communications and personalised experience.

The members will also enjoy priority service including access to Norton One Advisors in an estimated two minutes or less and an Instant Call Back option allowing members to choose when and how they wish to be contacted.

Norton One Advisors will remove any malware on customers’ devices freely as long as their Norton One account is active.

In addition, members will also have special offers for Norton products and services, the company said.

Symantec Consumer Business Unit group president Janice Chaffin said, "A Norton One membership gives our customers a level of attention far beyond that of a traditional security product with personalized, high-touch service and the assurance that all their devices are protected with one simple, integrated solution."
