NEC, an IT and network technologies integrator, will unveil its dual-screen Android tablet with two 7-inch touch screens, at Pepcom Digital Experience in Lag Vegas between 5 and 9 January 2011.

The company said that its Dual Screen Cloud Communicator Tablet will be wifi/3G/Bluetooth enabled; will offer multi-tasking, with the ability to run different programmes on each LCD screen; and will come with stylus pen.

The company will also exhibit an Android powered Single Screen Cloud Communicator Tablet, which will also have similar features as the dual screen except that it will come in single screen.

In addition, the company will also unveil other products, including the introduction of Home Gateway offering designed for cloud access from home and Android application marketplace, andronavi.

NEC’s Home Gateway offering will be ADSL2+/802.11n/USB2.0/DECT enabled; and will feature IGMPv2 Proxy & Snooping/VoIP, media control & serving/printer & file sharing, and TR069 and OSGi enable services & configurations to be carried out remotely.

NEC said that its BIGLOBE’s Andronavi has Android application marketplace; and Japanese content including Manga, and Japan related photography.
