MindTree launches Multi-Channel Commerce Solutions

Allows users to reduce development time and improve time to market

MindTree has launched new Multi-Channel Commerce Solutions and announced the expansion of its service offerings for the retail market in Australia.

MindTree said that the new offering uses its multi-channel commerce framework and its e-commerce implementation knowledge to reduce development time and improve time to market.

According to MindTree, the Multi-Channel Commerce Solutions benefits include, a unified view and management of customer inventory and order data across multiple channels; increased customer loyalty through cross-channel loyalty programs; personalised shopping experiences using techniques such as guided selling systems and decision trees; and consistent brand, product, price and promotional information across all channels.

MidnTree’s retail industry group delivers technology offerings across the retail value chain spanning marketing, merchandising, supplier collaboration, warehouse and store management. MindTree has developed frameworks on retail analytics, multi-channel integration, mobile commerce, master data management and RFID.
