Microsoft and document delivery, management offerings provider Equisys have jointly released Zetadocs Express for Microsoft Dynamics NAV.
Zetadocs Express is a new downloadable document management module that integrates Microsoft Dynamics NAV 2009 R2 with Microsoft Office 365 which provides NAV users Business Ready Enhancement Plan with document management capabilities at no additional license cost.
With Zetadocs Express, organisations can reduce papers, increase business efficiency, improve customer service and lower carbon footprints for Microsoft Dynamics NAV customers.
Zetadocs Express for Microsoft Dynamics NAV allows users to automatically store items directly against their relevant NAV record and within SharePoint Online by dragging and dropping any file, email or scanned document directly into Microsoft Dynamics NAV’s RoleTailored client.
Common Microsoft Dynamics NAV reports such as invoices and statements can be emailed to customers via the ribbon or ‘Action Pane’ where the copies automatically saved for future on screen retrieval.
When the customer has subscribed to an Enterprise plan for Microsoft Office 365, Simple SharePoint approval workflows can be both started and monitored via the integrated Zetadocs ‘FactBox’ within Microsoft Dynamics NAV.
