Payment applications and merchant services provider Merchant Warehouse and LevelUp, the pay phone app have entered into a partnership to expand both organisations’ mobile payment and mCommerce capabilities.
The partnership offers an integrated application for loyalty and mobile gifting without any additional add-ons or development costs, for the merchants looking to expand their services.
The initial integration of LevelUp will be across the MerchantWare Transport Platform automatically providing a new ‘value add’ for both existing and new customers.
The LevelUp application will provide merchants with point of sale loyalty through LevelUp and also enable mobile gifting, which is a new feature released along with the partnership announcement.
Mobile shoppers are now offered with mobile gifting, with all the benefits of purchasing and redeeming a gift card but without the plastic and also a customer rewards program requiring no extra sign-up or physical rewards card.
