US-based Maryville University has selected ImageNow imaging and workflow software from Perceptive Software for a document management project in its accounts payable department in the office of enrollment and student service center.
With LearnMode technology, ImageNow will be integrated with the Datatel application non-programmatically, allowing the university to implement the software cost-effectively, said Perceptive Software.
Following its initial implementation, Maryville University plans to expand ImageNow campus-wide to improve operational efficiencies across the university.
With single-click access to important documents through ImageNow, university staff can access information whenever they need it from wherever they need it, improving response times and overall student service.
Karen Scholbe, Maryville University director of student accounts, said: Perceptive Software’s partnership with Datatel and ImageNow’s intuitive user interface made the solution an excellent fit for our institution. With ImageNow, we hope to reduce the amount of paper produced, filing time required, and storage space needed for physical records, allowing our staff to be more productive and provide more efficient student service.
