ManTech International, a provider of technologies and offerings for mission-critical national security programs, has been awarded cyber security services contract by FBI.
Under the five-year cyber security services contract, ManTech will provide communications security and security-related policies, procedures, training and planning, and manage security for the FBI’s internal communications platform.
ManTech will also protect and secure the FBI’s classified communications infrastructure from domestic and foreign cyber threats.
The five-year contract is valued $9.2m, with a potential value of approximately $10.5m.
ManTech mission, cyber and technology solutions group president and chief operating officer William Varner said the company’s previous work with the FBI, and their deep understanding of cyber security will enable them to develop and implement cyber security practices that will help protect FBI networks.
