Malwarebytes eyes EMEA enterprise market

Last month the company opened offices in Cork, Ireland.

Malwarebytes has announced that the company is strengthening its position in the EMEA enterprise market, by launching an aggressive channel programme and boosting its employee strength in the region.

Malwarebytes aims to employ more than 100 people in the EMEA region by the end of this year and strengthen its sales, marketing, support and associated technological functions in the region.

The security company has products that provide advanced endpoint protection, that are designed to help companies counter advanced threats, capable of stealing data and hit company’s reputation.

Malwarebytes said that it is planning to sell its products through a two-tier distribution model.

For businesses, the company offers Anti-Malware Remediation Tool that allows users to disinfect an endpoint remotely without requiring client installation on the endpoint.

The company also offers Anti-Exploit for Business that protects the companies from zero-day exploits targeting browser and application vulnerabilities.

It also offers a security bundle consisting of Malwarebytes Anti-Malware for Business and Anti-Exploit for Business that protects the endpoints with a layered Malwarebytes defence.

Malwarebytes has hired Paul Judd as the UK Sales director, who will be responsible for building a sales team to target key market sectors including finance and education.
