Under the terms of the contract, AT&T will provide local voice, toll-free services, domestic and international private lines and long distance, teleconferencing services, AT&T VPN service and a VoIP network.

According to AT&T, to support Language Line Services’s core offer, its fully-managed, private and automated VPN service and VoIP network, along with Language Line Services’s call-routing equipment, will direct incoming toll-free customer calls to the appropriate global call center for translation services.
