Language Line Services selects AT&T for voice and data services

Language Line Services, a US-based provider of language-based services, has signed a three-year contract with AT&T for global voice and data services.

By CBR Staff Writer

Under the terms of the contract, AT&T will provide local voice, toll-free services, domestic and international private lines and long distance, teleconferencing services, AT&T VPN service and a VoIP network.

According to AT&T, to support Language Line Services’s core offer, its fully-managed, private and automated VPN service and VoIP network, along with Language Line Services’s call-routing equipment, will direct incoming toll-free customer calls to the appropriate global call center for translation services.

Louis Provenzano, president and COO of Language Line Services, said: AT&T has been a valued partner providing knowledge and expertise, superior services and a quality network that helps Language Line Services deliver needed translation services to thousands of organizations. Moving to a primary voice services provider will help create a consistent experience across our business as we continue to grow.
