LabTech Software, a provider of remote monitoring, management (RMM) and automation offerings, has made its online and offline application for pocket PC, LabTech Mobile available for Windows 6.5 and Android devices at no additional charge to LabTech partners.
LabTech Mobile allows users to increase thier productivity, efficiency and management of their clients with the ability to work tickets, deal with timers, access client data, and work with scripts.
LabTech Mobile enables users to manage customers’ accounts while on the go and delivers the power their technicians need while in the field through their compatible mobile device.
LabTech Software director of development Brett Cheloff said with LabTech Mobile, user can seamlessly support and resolve their clients’ issues without having to be in the office.
