Kelway, the ICT offerings and services provider, has acquired ISC Computers, a provider of managed services, including all brands and companies operating under ISC Computers.
The acquisition strengthens Kelway’s existing portfolio of managed services and complements its strengths in ICT strategy and delivery of complex, end-to-end infrastructure offerings.
Kelway said that the acquisition of ISC Computers will bolster its predicted annualised revenues in excess of £300m for the fiscal year 2011.
Kelway managing director Dan Laws said they have a commitment to maintain agility and the highest standards of service for their partners and clients and are making significant investments to substantially enhance their services portfolio.
"ISC’s strong customer base, vendor relationships and specialisations are an ideal fit for Kelway and with the highest standard of accreditation from global infrastructure vendors, broad services portfolio and our standing as a trusted partner, Kelway is the emerging market leader in the ICT offerings and services market," Laws said.
ISC Computers provides managed services and emerging technologies including private cloud and desktop virtualisation.
