Kaspersky Lab, a developer of secure content management offerings, and IceWarp, a provider of unified communications offerings, have signed a technological partnership, to provide new offering which will enhance performance and also provide data security.

Under the terms of the agreement, IceWarp’s Unified Communications Server 10 will now feature Kaspersky Lab antivirus technology, enhancing performance and reliability over the existing integrated offering.

The antivirus technology will enable its customers to protect their systems from malwares, including viruses, Trojans, worms, rootkits, spyware and adware.

Kaspersky Lab Technology Alliances Business Division vice-president and director Peter Merkulov said that he is positive that both parties, as well as our customers, will benefit from this cooperation.

"Both of our companies have more than a decade’s experience in our respective industry fields, and by combining IceWarp’s renowned communications expertise with Kaspersky Lab’s antimalware technologies, we can make sure the resulting offering provides not only high performance and reliability, but also uncompromising data security," Merkulov said.
