Kaavo, a provider for managing distributed applications in the clouds, has introduced Web Services for managing and deploying workloads in the clouds.

The new Web Services allows developers to interact with Kaavo IMOD to deliver on-demand custom apps, PaaS and SaaS offerings to their customers. The new offering also allows developers to manage and deploy workloads in any supported clouds, the company said.

According to Kaavo, the Web Services features deploy and configure any custom middleware and software, schedules runtime maintenance tasks, configures thresholds for autopilot, and integration of autopilot with external monitoring tools.

Jamal Mazhar, founder and CEO of Kaavo, said: “Our partners have been asking for web services interface to our powerful IMOD solution to give them more flexibility in delivering custom apps, SaaS, and PaaS offerings to their customers.

Using Kaavo Web Services our partners can focus on their core capabilities without having to spend time writing custom code for deploying and managing their public, private, or hybrid cloud offerings.”
