IPM partners with Microsoft, Citrix

A comprehensive set of virtualisation offerings

IPM, a technology consulting firm specialising in virtualisation projects, has collaborated with Microsoft and Citrix, to provide a comprehensive set of virtualisation offerings that address customers’ desktop and server virtualisation needs.

Under the collaboration which is termed as V-Alliance, IPM will gain access to both server and desktop virtualisation offerings that are optimised for both Microsoft and Citrix, resulting in business value for their clients.

Moreover, the systems management which is one of the critical components to effective cloud computing, Microsoft has an offering to address that.

IPM managing director Adam Bari said the company is excited by this opportunity to deepen their relationships with Citrix and Microsoft.

"As industry leaders in virtualisation, they have again raised the standard, and Microsoft’s recent investment in this technology has clearly paid off on both the desktop and server sides, and they have demonstrated the support they are providing through the V-Alliance initiative," Bari said.

The company said that it will focus its investment and practice development around the Microsoft and Citrix virtualisation and cloud strategy.
