InTechnology, a provider of cloud and IT services, has teamed up with the UK government under its G-Cloud III scheme, to supply cloud infrastructure, platform and software services for public sector organisations.

InTechnology said it will help the government deliver ICT systems, while reducing costs through new technologies and meeting environmental and sustainability targets.

Peter Nailer, tender manager at InTechnology, said: "In a competitive industry, the Cloudstore represents a decisive revolution in the delivery of our services to public sector organisations and can only help increase awareness of the cloud.

"The boost from public services represents a valuable opportunity in revenue-sharing and is a clear win-win scenario for both UK SMEs and the Government," he said.

The Government Digital Service, which is in charge of making Britain a ‘digital by default’ nation, took over the G-Cloud programme in June.

InTechnology delivers Cloud-based services to more than 800 public and private sector businesses across the UK.
