Ikon Office Solutions, a provider of managed and professional services in both the office and production environments, has expanded its comprehensive managed document services offering.
The company said that the new offering brings together Ikon’s full suite of services to provide customers with end-to-end fleet management, consulting and business process support services. The strategic approach includes total fleet management, a range of baseline support for deploying and managing diverse fleets of output devices including supplies, service and maintenance (preventive and restorative) and management reporting.
Ikon services and supports multi-vendor environments through the use of management tool sets, including the Ikon TRAC Solution and Ricoh @Remote, providing visibility into current spending and usage.
According to Ikon, the intelligent device rationalisation assessment of current assets, business processes and workflows helps organisations achieve a balanced deployment utilising the right device at the right time.

Ikon also provides on-site management of document processes through its managed services team, as well as off-site production and imaging through its network of national document processing centres.
