The telecom customer purchased licenses of SAFsolution 5 in order to support 2,500 customer service representatives in the region. IdentiPHI is working with Compufacil in Colombia to deploy and implement the solution.
It is expected that customer service representatives will use biometrics to access customer support applications and accounts, in order to provide greater security and protection for customer data.
According to IdentiPHI, by utilizing SAFsolution 5, a Citrix Ready product, and fingerprint readers from Upek, the representatives can now verify their identity using a biometric fingerprint in order to gain access to the published applications.

SAFsolution works seamlessly with Citrix XenApp to provide the company an efficient and secure method to provide their customer service representatives access and quickly solve customer issues.
