Integrated Bank Technology, a provider of engineering software applications, has selected NTRsupport from NTRglobal to deliver secure on demand remote support.
Integrated Bank Technology (IBT) said that NTRsupport is enabling the company to provide a significantly higher level of support services to all of its customers while cutting costs and enhancing productivity for IBT staff and its customers.
NTRsupport is a web-based remote support software-as-a-service that is reported to enable customers to deliver instant help desk and technical support, conduct online training and sales meetings and repair devices. The solution’s tools include chat, remote control, VoIP, and video on Windows, Mac, Linux, and Windows mobile devices.
IBT also said that NTRsupport eliminates the cost and travel constraints that its IT staff faced when servicing financial institutions across the US by offering exceptional customer service via the internet.
