By CBR Staff Writer

The International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) has confirmed that that one of its servers has been hacked by an anti-Israeli group.

An unknown group called Parastoo reported to have published the online details of more than 100 nuclear experts on a hacker website.

The website also insist on signing a petition calling for an investigation against Israel nuclear programme by IAEA.

IAEA spokeswoman Gill Tudor said that the regrets the publication of information stolen from an old server that was shut down some time ago.

"Measures had been taken to address concern over possible vulnerability in the server," Tudor said.

"The IAEA’s technical and security teams are continuing to analyse the situation and do everything possible to help ensure that no further information is vulnerable."
