HP has expanded its Mission Critical Partnership services offering, which covers a full spectrum of systems at a variety of prices.
The technology company said the extension of its services will help chief information officers reduce costs while managing risk. Mission Critical Partnership offers mixed-level reactive support, covering all systems with the same level of response, should any infrastructure suffer from an unexpected critical incident.
Under the new offerings, a single point of accountability is designated within a team of experts to resolve critical incidents and ensure consistent achievement of business objectives.
Mission Critical Partnership provides an integrated customer support. As part of HP Mission Critical Partnership, each customer gains access to Insight Remote Support Advanced, available worldwide.
Michelle Weiss, vice president of Worldwide Marketing for Technology Services at HP, said: “With the deployment of industry-standard servers and virtualisation in mission-critical environments, there needs to be a renewed focus on streamlining processes and updating the skills of technology experts. The new Mission Critical Partnership addresses these changes by offering customers specifically trained mission-critical professionals and enhanced services that align to new technologies such as virtualization and blades.”
