HP has unveiled the enhanced Business Service Automation (BSA) offering, which is said to enable clients deliver business applications at a low cost whether they are deployed traditionally, virtually or through the cloud.
HP said that the new BSA portfolio provides clients unified and fully integrated management of their server, network, storage and applications.
The enhancements to BSA portfolio include new capabilities in application deployment and risk mitigation as well as improved efficiency and increased productivity to deliver integrated and automated IT management offerings for hybrid environments.
The BSA portfolio includes Network Automation 9.0 that enables clients to contain costs, mitigate risk and improve efficiency of the network, Operations Orchestration 9.0 improves service quality across hybrid environments, and Storage Essentials 6.3 which helps clients reduce complexity in hybrid environments.
In addition, the portfolio includes Server Automation 9.0 which features new application deployment manager functionality and Client Automation 7.9 with the new extensible management framework.
HP vice president of Marketing, Software and Solutions Erik Frieberg said that clients can achieve up to 382% ROI by deploying the company’s automation software and leverage the benefits of new hybrid delivery models.
