US based computer maker HP has added new hybrid options to its Converged Cloud suite in a bid to increase the adoption and deployment.
The newly added updates are aimed at enabling organisations to better build, consume, and supervise IT services all through the private, managed and public cloud environments.
The new HP CloudSystem and HP Cloud Service Automation (CSA) 3.1 will offer both the basis and the required management platform to allow rapid deployment of cloud services.
HP Continuous Delivery Automation (CDA) 1.1 will completely automate the application release process for cloud applications, while the upgraded HP Cloud Services will provide offer public cloud services within compute, storage and application platform as a service areas.
HP chief operating officer Bill Veghte said: "Today’s announcements enable customers to more affordably and easily take advantage of the agility of the cloud without jeopardizing their enterprise service level agreements."
The firm has also launched the new HP Cloud Solutions for Communication Service Providers, which is a programme that allows communication service providers to develop and operate public cloud environments for enterprise and SMB clients.
HP has also released new functionality to its public cloud that include HP Cloud Compute, HP Cloud Block Storage, HP Cloud Application Platform as a Service, HP Cloud Workload Migration Services that allow organisations of all classes transform enterprise-grade production workloads to the cloud.
