By CBR Staff Writer

Service Desk and CRM/SFA software provider GroupLink has unveiled its free service desk offering at the 2010 Open Horizons EMEA Summit.

The new offering is a complete, mobile, fully Web-based, user-friendly help desk offering built upon information technology infrastructure library (ITIL) practices.

The company said that the offering fulfills the needs of multiple departments in many industries for request/resolution tracking and workflow management, while its rapid adoption rate is credited to increase effectiveness and reduce total cost of ownership (TCO) for its users.

The new offering is an exclusive offer for all Open Horizons members which the company has supported from its inception, GroupLink said.

The company said that its integrated Novell service desk features key integration with ZENworks 7, ZEN 10, ZENworks 11, GroupWise or Exchange, eDirectory or Active Directory (LDAP), SUSE Linux, SLES 9, 10, & 11, Novell’s OES and OES2, or Windows.
