The requests for user data by the governments and organisations during the last six months of 2013 increased by 120% since Google released its first report in 2009.
During the period, the US topped the list with 10,574 requests for user data, which is more than what the next five countries including France, Germany, India, UK and Brazil have collectively made.
Google complied in handing over user data for 83% of US requests.
Overall, Google received a total of 27,477 requests during the second half of 2013, and 1,335 requests to erase content, while private copyright owners sought to delete over 24 million URLs during the period.
The latest report also comprises of updated information on countries that blocked or disrupted Google services, which include Pakistan, China, Turkey and Iran, in addition to information on requests to erase content from governments and private firms.
The US again topped the list with 438 requests to erase content, with 27 of them related to Google Play store apps that breached on copyrights owned by anonymous federal government agency.
