Google unveils new e-Commerce fashion website

User to create their own e-Commerce boutiques

By CBR Staff Writer

Google has unveiled a special e-Commerce fashion website Boutiques.com that will allow users to create their own e-Commerce boutiques, while also enabling them to browse stores developed by celebrities and popular designers.

The Internet search company has invited some of the popular celebrities to establish their own designer boutiques on the new fashion website.

However, users will be able to purchase products from the websites maintained by the various brands, instead of going directly through Google.

The new site will provide retail marketers with an option to strengthen the appearance of their products.

On the new site, users will find apparel content from major brands, as well as from independent retailers and celebrity fashionistas.

Users can rate a product, and give their views on various aspects such as the brand, color, silhouette, price and more; and can share a product via email or Twitter.
