The Radiant solution includes POS software, P1560 hardware terminals with order confirmation displays, S4600 site servers, electronic payment controllers and Tiger fuel controllers.

The Radiant solution will integrate to Gas City’s Add Systems back office solution using the industry-standard PCATS NAXML POS-to-back office interface. Additionally, Gas City will deploy Radiant Loyalty Manager, allowing the retailer to interface its POS with its existing customer loyalty program from KickBack Points.

William McEnery, executive vice president at Gas City, said: Our goal is to deliver a customer experience that is unique to Gas City. Radiant’s leadership in the industry and commitment to innovation and data security fit well with that goal and played a big part in our selection of Radiant as our point of sale (POS) platform moving forward.

Key to Gas City’s selection of Radiant POS is the Radiant solution’s leading marketing capabilities. The new solution also gives Gas City the ability to integrate to and enhance its existing loyalty program. Radiant’s dedication to data security was also an important contributor to Gas City’s selection of Radiant.

Jimmy Frangis, vice president for the petroleum and convenience retail division at Radiant Systems, said: Radiant continues to be the choice for regional leaders like Gas City. With a truly scalable product we are able to meet the current and future needs of all retailers by delivering an enhanced customer experience with rock-solid data security.
