Foxit Software, has released the second phase of its new On Demand Content Management systems.
According to the company, this strategic launch is Foxit’s effort to help the individual user along with the already built platform of helping enterprise businesses to provide services in On Demand Content Management. This launch will give end-users the opportunity to have access to technology that increases productivity, lowers costs, mitigates risks, and ensures compliance by optimizing work processes while also leveraging information assets.
The company said that this release also gives consumers the prospect of using advanced PDF technology to help solve document management needs.
The company also said that the new Foxit OnDemandCM services offers a host of services including Complete Document Management which allows the consumer to store, access, and manage documents with ease using a single unified platform, while the Workflow Based Document Routing simplifies distributing documents to multiple parties and groups. The Automate Forms Driven Processes helps to easily share PDF forms for data capture, and Full Security Implementation gives 128 bit SSL encryption and secure uploading.
The On Demand platform also offers services such as Contact Management allowing users to provide faster return on investment by letting the end-user create and collaborate contracts with whomever they choose. The account payable and invoice processing allows the user to reduce processing time and streamline the consumer’s processes, added the company.
