Equisys releases new version of Zetadocs for Microsoft Dynamics NAV

To enable electronic delivery and filing of financial documents

Equisys has released Zetadocs for Microsoft Dynamics NAV, which makes it easy for NAV users to enable electronic delivery and filing of financial documents.

The company said that the new offering can be deployed on a NAV test system can be done in a couple of hours. It is also easier to send larger batches of documents and therefore multiple users can now process captured documents simultaneously.

Zetadocs combines the process of automating the electronic creation, delivery and archiving of batches of financial documents, along with a set of tools that let both NAV and non-NAV users to find documents that relate to a financial transaction, the company said.

According to Equisys, the new version also includes the following changes, Fileserver archive option that allows the optional use of SharePoint; enables batches of documents to be sent in without interruption; and compatibility with Navision 3.60, and 3.70 in addition to NAV 4.0 versions.
