ENow has launched Mailscape V4.5, a systems management tool that combines all the elements for Exchange monitoring, reporting and administration into a single service.
According to ENow, the V4.5 offers customisable reporting that gives administrators flexibility in creating reports and disseminating information. With V4.5’s personalised dashboards, each role in an organisation can have access to only the reports they need to see through one-look dashboard that automatically self-generates.
The company said that Mailscape V4.5 performs regular health checks of all the components in the messaging system, such as mail flow, OWA, and BlackBerry, to ensure they are functioning optimally.
