ebillme, a provider of online payment service, has launched its new Walk-In service, which allows consumers to shop online and pay with cash, without having a credit card or a bank account. The company has partnered with providers including MoneyGram International to assemble the network of US based walk-in locations.

ebillme said that on selecting Walk-In, online shoppers will be sent an eBill which can be paid using online banking or by presenting the eBill to a participating location. Consumers can make the payment showing their printed eBill at any of the walk-in locations across the US, including MoneyGram agent locations.

According to ebillme, when shoppers choose the option at checkout, their order is confirmed with an eBill sent to their e-mail address. The transaction occurs securely, bank to bank, and no personal or financial information is required or transmitted over the internet. And with buyer protection features including in-transit and fraud protection, consumers can ensure that their eBillme transaction is protected.

Marwan Forzley, president and CEO of eBillme, said: “We want every consumer to be able to pay securely with cash and benefit from the eBillme platform, which includes a rewards program and buyer protection features giving consumers all the perks of credit cards without getting into debt or incurring extra fees.”
