Enterprise content management (ECM) provider DSSI and electronic document management (EDM) software developer Document Logistix have partnered to deliver a software as a service (SaaS) document management offering.
Both companies revealed their joint cloud product provides organisations with access to document management technology for a monthly fee.
DSSI said the hosted document management offering enables organisations to use the document management software in a secure cloud environment to share business content and manage and control their electronic business records using software as a service.
Document Logistix notes that the new offering improves access to business records and will enable organisations to reduce operating expenses by converting paper based processes to electronic processes in the cloud.
The SaaS document management product is designed to be suited for both large and small businesses and is being hosted in the DSSI SAS-70 Data Center.
