Digital River, a provider of global e-Commerce offerings, has introduced My Commerce, an e-Commerce offering for the global, small-to-medium-sized business (SMBs) software, digital content publishing and physical goods markets.
My Commerce is a set of global e-Commerce offerings, which includes RegNow, shareit!, SWREG, eSellerate, Reg.Net and CCNow.
The offerings are built on similar core global e-commerce infrastructures, and enable publishers and manufacturers to serve a variety of unique and focused business requirements, including going global, targeting business customers and Macintosh users, achieving greater online product distribution, working with affiliates, and closely managing their content and subscriptions.
My Commerce features include: user interfaces that include full site and cart merchandising tools, and shopping cart and order page customisation capabilities; APIs to manage products and catalogs more efficiently; localisation tools to display sites in any language.
In addition, the offering features robust subscription functionality, including trial subscription features, communication tools and customer self-service tools for online subscription management; and additional online marketing and distribution channels through one of the largest affiliate networks for software publishers as well as a broad software reseller network.
The company said the offering is based on a do-it-yourself e-Commerce model with short click-through contracts, global e-Commerce features and customisable e-store set-up options.
