Leaked details include new Lumia camera app.

By CBR Staff Writer

Microsoft is planning to introduce the updated preview of Windows 10 in January, but leaked information has revealed details of the OS which highlights major upgrades.

WinBeta showcased a video which showed the 9901 build of Windows 10, which is expected to become the consumer version.

Some of the apps are currently broken which indicates that it might not be the final version, according to Tech 2.

Cortana, Microsoft’s voice assistant, has been placed on top of the search interface for Windows 10 which is expected to allow users to give voice commands and make searches.

A new app has emerged which is expected to allow users to contact Microsoft Support directly from a Windows 10 device, in order to call or request help via email.

A new Lumia camera app has replaced the previous camera app, in addition to a new photos app and an updated calculator app.
