Dell is partnering with Platform-as-a-Service (PaaS) vendor ServiceNow in a bid to improve the speed, productivity and the consistency of its managed IT services.

Under the deal ServiceNow’s technology will augment Dell’s existing portfolio in the sector, increasing the services’ standardisation, automation and analytical capacities, as well as adding a range of support features, including a portal, dashboards and various articles.
