With the release of Windows 8 closing in, Dell has introduced a new portfolio of business and consumer PCs, which are built for Windows 8 operating system and ready for pre-order.
The new line of business and consumer PCs, including XPS 12, XPS One 27 and Inspiron One 23, are claimed to deliver enhanced touch experience and improved security and manageability.
XPS 12 is a touch-powered two-in-one tablet that features a flip hinge touchscreen display, enabling easy transitions between laptop and tablet mode. When in tablet mode, the display completely covers the keyboard, protecting it from dirt and spills. the company said.
Dell’s XPS One 27 All-in-One is designed for creative users with a high resolution display and performance graphics for multimedia creation and entertainment.
The 27-inch All-in-One features a Wide Quad HD Display, which has 78% more pixels than a Full HD display and a stand that tilts the display to a 60-degree angle.
Inspiron One 23 All-in-One PC comes with an enhanced performance, bright Full HD display and includes touchscreen option for entertainment, education and fun for the whole family.
Dell has also updated its XPS 13 with a new specification, including the Ivy Bridge chipset to run two times faster than the previous generation XPS 13.
Further, the company is offering Windows 8 as an option on its current XPS, Inspiron, Latitude, OptiPlex and Precision brands.
