DataFlux, a provider of data management offerings, has acquired Baseline Consulting, a provider of data management services and consulting.
Through this acquisition, DataFlux will enhance its technical and business expertise to enables its customers achieve ROI from their data management projects.
Baseline helps organisations enhance the value of enterprise data, improve business results and achieve self-sufficiency in managing and using data as a corporate asset; and specialises in key vertical industries such as financial services, retail, healthcare and communications.
In addition, Baseline offers business consulting and technical implementation services in a variety of practice areas, including data quality, data warehousing, data integration, master data management and data governance.
