Cyber-Ark Software has announced a new file transfer product in version 6 of its Governed File Transfer Suite, Secure Email Manager.
The company said that Secure Email Manager fosters adoption of more efficient file transfer processes by empowering employees to safely share and track files, within their native email environments.
The new file transfer product integrates directly with Microsoft Outlook and helps avoid clogging in Exchange servers by offloading large file transfers.
Secure Email Manager strips, encrypts, compresses and transfers attachments via the Inter-Business Vault.
It replaces original email attachment with a link that directs recipients to a Web download portal.
The new offering allows senders to track activity associated with their data directly from their email client.
