Customer Connect and StreamLogic have completed a merger of their businesses effective January 1, 2010, changing their name to C5 Insight and launching a year-long re-branding campaign.

The combined companies will focus on offering cloud applications developed in SharePoint, Microsoft CRM, Salesforce.com and .Net.

The C5 Insight uses LUCK method for process improvement and provides business intelligence, collaboration, document management, application development, extended relationship management (XRM) and customer relationship management (CRM) services.

Its clients include AAA, American Red Cross, AMF, Greenville Hospital System, Horry Telephone Cooperative, Inspiration Ministries, SAS, Rastelli Global, Sunbelt Rentals, Travelocity, Wells Fargo and Winston Salem State University.
