Customer Service Delivery Platform (CSDP), a developer of the service relationship management (SRM) suite of service tools, has integrated e-mail with SRM 3.0 Contact Center, Depot Repair, Dispatch/Field Service, and Inventory Control applications.
The company said that by integrating these capabilities to the applications, clients will now have the collaboration/e-mail technologies to help them reduce their service delivery costs.
The e-mail capability can be integrated with the software modules including contact centre, entitlement, depot repair, despatch/field service and inventory control, to streamline communications processes.
The integrated e-mail communication channel to CSDP suite of tools enables field service technicians, depot repair, and inventory control operations to become productive, by reducing the overall resolution time of service requests while increasing first call resolution.
