Comverse and Infor have formed a strategic partnership that expands the Comverse ONE Billing and Active Customer Management offering to include capabilities from Infor CRM.

Comverse said that the new Comverse ONE embedded features include sales, marketing and services functionality to allow operators improve their subscriber acquisition, retention and campaign management capabilities.

Comverse claims that through the strategic partnership with Infor, it expands the range of the Comverse ONE offering with additional CRM capabilities to enable operators attract new subscribers and build customer loyalty. The new embedded Infor CRM capabilities provide operators to leverage the Comverse ONE unified single data model and reportedly allows to reduce operational and deployment costs.

The company said that the new features of Comverse ONE includes: sales force automation which drive operator revenues by managing leads and sales activities; campaign management which enable operators run marketing campaigns by leveraging subscriber information; and interaction and case management which improve the 360-degree view of customer-centric activities.
