CompuPay, a provider of payroll, tax filing and HR-related services, has launched a new version of its payroll software. The version 6.0 of its PayLoad payroll software comes with 25 new features and enhancements, said to be designed to cater the needs of larger businesses.
According to CompuPay, the new enhancements will provide ease of processing, expanded report capabilities as well as employee maintenance functionality and security settings.
The company said that the new version comes with the internet file transfer feature that is enhanced in speed and also offers additional layers of security. PayLoad accommodates custom interfaces for general ledger programmes, POS systems, 401(k) reporting and time keeping systems.
Kathey Palmer, senior vice president of Business Development of CompuPay, said: This release of PayLoad 6.0 is a direct result of valuable client input to enhance the user experience and expand its capabilities. In fact, based on additional feedback we have another PayLoad release in development and scheduled for later this fall.
CompuPay offers payroll and employer-related services such as workers’ compensation insurance, employee benefits, retirement plans and Section 125 and 132 plans.
