CompanionLink Software, a developer of data synchronisation offerings for mobile phones and CRM software and services, has introduced new offering for PC synchronisation with Symbian S60 and Symbian^3 devices from Nokia, including the Nokia N8 and Nokia E7.
The new offerings syncs contacts, calendar, and tasks from Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Business Contact Manager, Sage ACT!, IBM Lotus Notes, Novell GroupWise, and Palm Desktop with the latest Symbian devices.
CompanionLink said it offers sync with Nokia Symbian phones via Google.
CompanionLink first syncs PC data with any Google, Gmail, or Google Apps account; and Google then syncs with Symbian devices using their Google Sync service.
The company further said that changes made on the device will sync back to Google and then to the PC through CompanionLink.
CompanionLink’s sync offerings for Symbian are available for a one-time cost starting at $39.95, in addition to a 14-day free evaluation of the software.
